How important is for women to know how to negotiate as you look for and secure you next job?  How can you make sure that you are paid fairly and that you have the compensation package that you deserve?
Come learn about:
  • The consequences of the wage gap
  • Fair negotiation practices
  • How to benchmark and target compensation packages
Join us as Alecia Wartowski, EdM, JD, presents her workshop on being a powerful negotiator for women.  In this workshop you will learn why it was important to negotiate, think about how to reach your personal and career goals, and gain hands on skills in negotiating.  Once you understand data on pay equity gaps and learn what you have the power to address, you will feel more confident and prepared for your next negotiation.
