How do you stand out in today’s competitive job market?
One of the best ways is to create a personal brand. Your brand articulates your skills, experience, knowledge and overall worth in the job market.  How you “brand yourself” in your resume, online profile and interviews will capture the kind of person you are, your level of motivation and energy. In this interactive discussion, you will work in small groups developing your own brands based on a four step process. Learn exactly how to define, design and deliver a powerful personal brand that gets you results.
Paula is the creator of “Putting It Together: A Pathway to Your New Work” six-step process and workshop and the author of the Ebook, “The Space Between A & B: Exploring the Core of Your Work Transition.”   She spent much of her career as a leadership development coach to executives and managers in health care, insurance, retail and manufacturing. Over the years she has helped her clients and program participants realize their potential, get in touch with their value and execute self-developed plans for achieving their vision of success.  Paula holds a Masters’ degree in organizational behavior and psychology and a certification in advanced coaching skills from the Coaches Training Institute.
