The most successful negotiators prepare for the negotiation and for each session. This webinar will cover what you need to do to prepare for success. It also addresses what you need to do after each session, accounting for the dynamics of the process.

Ed Lichtenstein is the Facilitator for this Workshop. He is SCORE Land of Lincoln Member and Master Mentor.

 

Ed is a retired Illinois and Pennsylvania Attorney. Ed spent 30 years drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and administering Contracts for International Engineering Corporations, International Construction Corporations, and International Equipment Manufacturers.
