Come, enjoy the beautiful setting of Lake Forest Open Lands as the group celebrates 50 years as the conservation resource for our community.
Mingle with colleagues over beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres and - as an added treat, stay past 7 pm for a dress rehearsal of the Citadel Theatre's adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, performed outdoors! (More performance info HERE)
ABOUT LAKE FOREST OPEN LANDS An important part of our heritage, LFOLA has saved and preserved over 800 acres of open space and educated over 50,000 students. Come and learn about Mellody Farm’s 50-acre nature preserve and its fascinating history as the former entrance to the 1,000 acre Armour estate (now Lake Forest Academy.)
