FOODSTOCK 2017 Concert will feature local bands that have all agreed to DONATE their time and talents to help benefit the COOL Food Pantries of Lake County. Since its inception in 2005, FOODSTOCK has donated over $178,000 and 15,000 pounds of food to the COOL Food Pantry. In 2016 alone, 61,354 individuals received food from COOL, representing 24,122 families. Of those individuals for whom food was provided, 22,856 were children. Unlike other concerts and events which simply provide entertainment and cultural enrichment to our area, FOODSTOCK will also provide immediate financial assistance to, and help stock the food shelves of COOL Food Pantry, a not-for-profit non-denominational outreach to the hungry of northern Lake County.
