Currently serving as Executive Director over Multicultural division at Universal Beauty Products, she leads the growth of national accounts, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce channels such as Amazon.
She has been instrumental in developing and launching several
brands and products on the market. Previously, as Regional Sales Director at Salon Centric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal, Rosalind provided expert consultation to over 1,000 small businesses, driving market share growth through strategic analysis, partnerships, and customer-focused initiatives.
