Time: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM CDT
Event Description:

This experiential, hands-on workshop offers an introduction to creating herbal tinctures traditionally used to support female reproductive health, hormonal balance, and cyclical wellness. Participants will learn foundational herbal knowledge while engaging in the practical art of tincture making in a supportive, educational setting.

You will explore:

  • What tinctures are and how herbal extraction works
  • How herbs have been traditionally used to support menstrual, hormonal, and reproductive balance
  • How to choose herbs based on individual wellness goals and life stages
  • Safe use considerations, storage, and general dosing principles

The workshop is ideal for individuals interested in natural approaches to reproductive and hormonal wellness of all life stages, those seeking to better understand cyclical health and herbal traditions, and wellness learners curious about hands-on herbal preparation.

Make and Take Home

Each participant will create their own tincture during the workshop and leave with a personalized herbal preparation, along with instructions for continued extraction and mindful use at home.

This workshop is educational and wellness-focused, intended to share traditional herbal knowledge and practical skills. It is not a medical or therapeutic service, and no prior herbal experience is required. Participants will leave feeling informed, empowered, and connected—taking home both knowledge and a handcrafted tincture to support their personal wellness journey.
