Preparation will also increase your confidence and can make the difference between getting an offer and getting rejected.

     John M. Orr is President of Rogala & Orr, Inc., a leading management consulting firm based in Oak Brook, IL. In addition to helping companies select and develop the staff needed for long-term success, John also specializes in customized succession planning, talent appraisal, labor risk management, the reduction of turnover, and performance enhancement. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
