Vladimir Kulenovic, conductor Netanel Draiblate, violin The tragic overtones of Wagner?s Tristan & Isolde will be joyfully relieved by the optimism of Beethoven?s lighter, bravado-inspired Symphony No. 8. Emotions will be stirred with the immortal and virtuosic expressions of Brahms? Violin Concerto played by newly appointed concertmaster Netanel Draiblate. Program: Wagner: Prelude to Act III from Tristan & Isolde Beethoven: Symphony No. 8 Brahms: Concerto for Violin A pre-concert lecture will begin at 7:00pm.
