Small Businesses have had to make drastic changes to how they manage their employees and business in light of changes in the economic environment and employee expectations.
Do you hire an employee or do you use a contractor? We'll discuss the differences between the two, and how not to get into trouble with the IRS. We will also discuss FFCRA leave entitlements, the impact of unemployment benefits, managing layoffs and furloughs, and adjusting wages to preserve cash.
Compliance with existing and new labor laws is critical in today's business environment. Adapting to change and planning for the long term are also important to managing a business.
