Presented by: Brian Stewart, Account Manager, Aerotek Professional Services
Working with a recruiter can be complex. Stories about experiences with recruiters can range from positive and productive to downright awful. Recruiters sometimes hold the key to some of the best opportunities and many times are the only way to get access to those jobs. So, it is important for job seekers to build good relationships with these resources to get positive results. This program will explore what a recruiter can do for you in your job search and highlight some ways to leverage that relationship to find your next job. It never hurts to have an extra set of eyes out there, but it is important to have them looking in the right places.

Brian Stewart is an Account Manager with Aerotek Professional Services and has been in the staffing and recruiting industry for over eight years. He works to build relationships with companies in Lake County, understand their unique cultures and individual personalities and link them to like-minded candidates in the market. Brian coaches, trains and teaches his team to know and understand their candidates in order to find them the best possible job openings. He has a BA from Indiana University.
