Celebrate the season with a cooking demo/class and holiday survival tips. It will be part demo, conversation, a little red wine, a make and take dessert and of course fun!!

Nothing brings people together like food and wine so let us help you celebrate the season with food, wine, tips and tricks that won't take the flavor out of your holiday spirit!  Our "NEW"trition Savvy will take you on a scrumptious journey that will help you feel sated instead of deprived.  

Dr. Julie will walk you through the 5 tips to survive the holiday when it comes to cooking, eating and partying!

In conjunction with Dr. Julie's advice, Chef Catherine O' will be filling the room with aromatics and plenty to share for everyone.

Chef Catherine's recipes will include:

Sweet Potato & Apple Soup

Pear & Gorgonzola Winter Salad

Roasted Leg of Lamb

Dark Chocolate Mint, Coconut, Roasted Pistachio Bites (using Young Living Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil)
