Event Description:

Midwest Young Artists Conservatory is excited to bring all of our large ensembles to perform at Northwestern University's stunning Pick-Staiger Concert Hall! We are happy and thankful to be included as performers!

Schedule is as follows:

2:00 PM — Maestros, Jazz Ensemble, Reading, Cadet, Concertino Orchestra

3:00 PM — Jazz Orchestra, Voices Rising, Philharmonia and Concert Orchestras

7:00 PM — VocalPoint, Concert Jazz Band and Symphony Orchestra

The concert program includes:
Orchestra: Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5 and Hanson's Symphony No. 2
Jazz: Music by Duke Ellington and Bob Brookmeyer
Choral: “Kusimama” by Jim Papoulis and “Dies Irae” by Ryan Main

PLEASE NOTE: 1 ticket allows you to see 2 performances! Attend both the 2:00pm and 3:00pm concert, the 3:00pm and 7:00pm, or even both the 2:00pm and 7:00pm concert. If you would like to attend all three performances, an additional ticket will need to be purchased.

We will have a list of all ticketed guests at the Box Office in the lobby of Pick-Staiger. Please go to the ticket counter (WILL CALL) and we will give you a ticket to present to the ushers at the concert hall doors.

We empower nearly 1000 students annually of all ages and abilities, from 84 communities in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana to study and rehearse at our home in Highwood, Illinois.
