Most of us make resolutions to better ourselves but 88% of them fall through by super bowl Sunday. So why does this happen? Most likely we put too much on our plate. We also don’t have any accountability so we fail before getting started. So let's change that! During this workshop we will all set a reachable goal like “eating breakfast before leaving the house every day”. We will also set a 8 week target! After 21 days it’s no longer a habit it’s a practice. I will also give you helpful tips to eat better, move better, and think better. So let's do this!
