In this session, Bill Burnett will show how to leverage the Peak/End phenomenon as you prepare for and deliver an outstanding interview. In this session Bill will cover best practices, including creating interesting stories around your accomplishments and how to skillfully deliver a memorable interview. Additionally, Bill will discuss what psychologists have identified as power question types such as the Counter Factual Hypothetical question. The insight gained from this session will provide you with an edge over competitors and boost your chances of winning the job!
