Prior to founding LEAP Associates, Inc. in 2008, Phil spent 31 years in the kitchen and bath industry. He was the President / CEO of two high-end appliance distributorships in the Midwest; additionally he was the Executive VP of a high-end kitchen studio and an architectural millwork and custom furniture manufacturer.
Phil has worked with organizations on management issues and strategic direction. Working with management and staff at all levels of an organization; he has facilitated the development of Strategic and Business Plans, Marketing Strategies, Leadership, Management and Sales Development skills.
