There is growing evidence that this low impact, slow motion exercise which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. And you can get started even if you aren’t in top shape or the best of health.The ultimate purpose of Tai Chi is to nurture the Qi(Life Force) within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body to help concentration, energy, stress relief and harmony. How to INSTALL/DOWNLOAD Zoom: – Download the Zoom app https://zoom.us/download – Open the Zoom app on your desktop – You will receive an email invitation from the meeting host which will have a link, and a meeting ID/password – Click on the link in the email – Join the meeting with video and audio enabled ** Remember to “Join the meeting with video and audio enabled!” Ken has been practicing martial arts for 27 years, and Tai Chi for 21 years. In 2016, he received a Gold Eagle certificate from Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association. Ken is also one of Grand Master Yang Jun’s Disciples for the Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan.
