Fit 2 Defend Academy Team Picnic & Open House
Join us for our Annual Picnic & Open House on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This is a great opportunity to tour the space, connect with the F2D Coaches and team, and guests are more than welcome to join the fun! Open to the Public!

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Dunk Tank
