    Elderwerks provides complimentary, person-centered senior housing information, referrals and guidance. We constantly tour senior communities to insure they provide the best care to our families. As a senior advocate we help seniors and families navigate all types of senior housing: independent living, assisted living, memory care (Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's Huntington's disease, etc.), skilled nursing facilities, home care and support services. We provide consumer education, professional continuing education and print a 300 page Elderwerks Senior Resource Directory for Illinois.
