- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Coaching and Development: Provide one-on-one coaching, setting a high standard for performance and behavior while fostering accountability and improvement.
- Payroll and Timecard Management: Double-check and correct payroll and timecard entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Order Management: Oversee order placement, verify purchase orders, and ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Call Script Development: Write and script effective call scripts for customer service agents to improve communication and service quality.
- Service Enhancement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance service quality with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accountability Maintenance: Monitor and maintain team accountability, ensuring that standards and expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service management or a similar role, with a proven track record in coaching and team leadership.
- Skills: Strong emphasis on empathy, accountability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Empathetic Leadership: Ability to connect with team members and understand their needs, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
- Coaching Ability: Experience in guiding and developing employees to reach their full potential and improve performance.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to manage low-volume work with a focus on specific coaching needs while handling additional responsibilities as required.
