Express Employment Professionals of Libertyville is seeking an Electrical Test Technician in Lake Bluff! Great opportunity to work for a stable and family-owned company that has been in business for almost 60 years.

Duties:

• Complete final test, inspection, and troubleshooting on complex electrical units.
• Utilize schematics, technical drawings, wire running lists, part lists, prints and instructions to properly test and process products
• Properly connect unit to test equipment to complete necessary tests.
• Make adjustments to ensure units fall within specifications.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues or malfunctions.
• Document and report all findings.

 
Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role handling electrical/electronic testing
• Associates degree in electronics or similar field required
• Experience working with digital voltmeters, oscilloscope, battery load panels, breakdown tester, voltmeter, hand tools and soldering iron
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of electronics and PLC controllers
